Our 830TMP is a timed metering pump with a push-button start that has the ability to pump up to 160 oz with each cycle. This system can be used for clean in place systems or for chemical transfer on the dairy farm. The DC844 system is our robust clean-in-place system that can come with or without electronic control software. For our units without electronics, the pumps receive power from an existing CIP system. For the electronic control version, the system receives a trigger from the CIP system to pump when the chemicals are needed. Our 8500 CDS system can be used in many applications around the dairy including ready-to-use teat dip manufacturing, cow towel laundry, or clean in place applications. The CDS can be used with chlorine dioxide, hydrogen peroxide, or iodine teat dip.
