Modular Peristaltic CIP Pump Systems

The Dairy Clean family of products are a robust and flexible wall-mounted solution for accurately dispensing chemicals. The DC8410 and DC8411 units feature a modular design that typically includes 3 pumps for CIP, and custom units can very easily be ordered with 1 to 6 pumps. We offer the choice of DEMA’s standard Quick Change Pump at 16 ounces (475 ml) per minute or the Large Blue QC Pump for 50 ounces (1500 ml) per minute. Designed to be modular and highly configurable, you can easily add additional pumps to the Dairy Clean units to get your desired configuration. Dairy Clean electronic units come pre-wired for main power and trigger signals, as well as programming that can easily be transferred from one dispenser to another. Operation modes include auto formula select, relay, sequence, and manual start. DEMA also offers the option of purchasing the pumps without electronic controls so that they can be integrated into an existing controller, such as a CIP control system.
